Dusty & Melanie were married at a quaint little church on a VERY hot day in August.
I met up with Melanie and her bridesmaids at her hotel to get ready.
Her sweet son when he first saw her.
Lauren Pinson jumped in my car and we headed to Clara, TX.
Dusty’s family has gone to this church for generations.
Lauren got this picture when Melanie arrived.
She went straight into the church to see Dusty for the first time.
Love this picture - Melanie’s daughter couldn’t hold it together walking down the aisle. So sweet!
We headed back to WF for the reception at the Forum.
Much cooler by now - and better yummy light!
Lauren got some great lens flare in this one - love it!
Melanie used pictures of her and Dusty at different ages for the table numbers.
I have never seen that - so creative!
It was so hot in the reception Melanie had to go to the back and cool off!
I think it is so funny that girls fight over the bouquet toss but guys try NOT to catch the garter!
Melanie got the idea of a final - private - dance from another wedding post I did. I love that!
I’m not sure how they drove away with all the string tied to the truck!
