FINALLY….Travis & Katie are married!
They have been dating since high school - and patiently waited to tie the knot.

Love a practical bride…
Toms for your wedding shoes - yes please!

This was my third wedding at Grace Church this summer - and Rachel Archer helped me shoot them all.
We have it figured out now!
Jim - the lighting guy - hooks us up with a little more light then usually used.
And we know - in all of the construction going on outside - that there is a little grassy area to be used for the first look.

Rachel always gets these amazing angles.
It makes me jealous I have to get the straight on shots!

This is so typical Travis and Katie.
Him being a goofball and her cracking up at him.

Love the way Travis is looking at her…

After they started walking down the aisle I heard this huge bang.
I thought someone had fallen down - then I realized the groomsman were stomping their feet and fist pumping!

Our old youth Pastor, and good friend, Derek came back to perform the ceremony.
It was fun to work with him. He even stood to the side when they kissed so I didn’t get his head in the shot!

This car was driving out of the parking lot when we were taking pictures.
I made it stop so we could use it real quick!

My husband was a guest at the wedding but I made him help me carry the bike I used for a prop - and my bag…haha!
I can use him around more often!

See…goofball - laughing!

Another Rachel angle…love!

Travis likes to kayak - I thought this cake was great!

The reception was at Illusions - and even though it was 110 degrees in there it was a GREAT party!
Since Travis is our current Youth Director there were a ton of teenagers there.
It seriously looked like prom - with the chaperones dancing as well.

I love when the Eby’s are at weddings.
They always dance with their kids…

…and with each other. Makes me want to teach my kids - but first I have to learn myself!

These are my Sunday School girls - rockin’ it out!

Okay - peeps - tip of the day…
When you use sparklers either get the super long ones OR don’t light the short ones until the last minute.
Otherwise you have lots of smoke - and little spark!

They certainly didn’t care - they are on their way to Mexico!
Hope you have a great honeymoon. Can’t wait to see you when you get back!

These are really nice! I love the portraits of the couple the most and the reception photos show so much fun!
Great pics!! you can see how much fun the wedding was & how happy Katie & Travis are. Thanks Kelly and I can’t wait to see all the pictures you took that day.
Beautiful pictures….simple, but elegant. So many pics have too much going on! You really captured the beauty of this wedding….and yes, the hot hot hot reception. But it was fun!!!
Hey Kelly ~ your lighting-challenged stuff came out so well! And I really love the shot of Katie holding the bouquet down while on the bike. And be glad I’ve been pestering Rachel with questions and not you!
